Parking or Developing ?

Hello friends !

Im new to the game and im still on the "research before you do something dumb" phase, so, here i am asking you my comrades for some experience :-D

So, when i have a domain with typein traffic, like a good typo or dict word, should i park it or develop an website and put adsense adverts on it? Should i only do a website myself if the site gets low typein traffic? Im getting confused on this one

I think depends also in the capital you have to do the developing...if you have money is always preferable to build your portfolio in your own ´taste´ than receving a few bucks parking the domains.

I hate the sites that have nothing but ads, or search enigne returns on them. And leave just as fast as they tricked me into getting there, so I would develop some thing that is real conent related to it.

But then again, I'm new to this game as well. So others would know better then me, so it's just my thoughts on it is all.

For a good typo, dictionary word domain with type-in traffic, I would suggest developing a website.

If your time is sufficient, develop is always the best choice.
If not, I would give up developing typo domain.
