    Hi!
I just had a quick look, so here are a few quick pointers, others might add more, but the ones below should keep you occupied for a while AND make your site a lot more SEO-friendly as far as on-site optimization (the part you do on your own site as opposed to the off-site which is mainly about who links to you).

    1. There is no need to have frames for this site. Redesign your site without the frames. Your layout is so simple that this should not be too hard to do. If you do not have the skills to do this I am sure you can find somebody here at the forum who can do it for a good price since it is a rather quick task.

Frame: The first page of your site acts as a frame, like a frame for a painting, that the rest of the pages are shown inside of. Can be handy for some sites, but also very tricky when it comes to SEO in many cases.
    2. Once that is done make sure each page has a unique title. Today the main frame has a title but the rest have the same. Big No-No for SEO. You can find the title tag in the code:

    Code:
    <title>Documento sem t&iacute;tulo</title>
Use words that can found on the actual page in your title and if possible use words that your visitors might look for. It is also in most search engines the header of your pages listing in that search enginge. For example the Medical services page could say:

    Code:
<title>Excellent Medical Services for Individuals and Corporations</title>
    3. Also for each page add a so called meta tag (put it right below the title tag mentioned above) that further describes the actual page. In for example Google this is shown together with your title so another great place to express your features and benefits. For the Medical Services page it could be something like:

    Code:
<meta name="description" content="Medical Access System offers you medical services that are patient-centered, experienced and internationally accredited.">
Hope this helps as a starter...feel free to PM me if you need any clarification...

PS: Meta tag for keywords would also be a good thing to take care of here but I have to run now, so I will let somebody else fill you in on that or return myself later.
