two weeks ago, i had someone tell me one of my sites would have been perfect- but it had no traffic. none of my domain names are parked- i never got into all that. but, i am seeing more people ask for traffic sites ;-(
now, there is no way in holy beans that i can develop 400 domains- i couldn't afford the freakin Hosting fees.
i tried to read seo for dummies and stuff but that is in the exclusive area.
i am not really sure what i am supposed to do here- how do i make these traffic domains if i can't develop them all?

If they do not already have direct navigation traffic the chance of any getting traffic if unparked or even if parked is very low, basically impossible except for an anomaly. Parking by itself will likely not get you traffic.
The only way they could get traffic as time goes by is thru developement (even 1 or 2 page sites are sufficient) and some good SEO work.

One of the key ways to build traffic is through search engine rankings. Apart from having good content, you also need links. Have you looked at link exchanges and/or buying links to build PR/link popularity? That should lead to traffic.
i use e3 servers and have 30+ domains there for $20 per month. I could have unlmited domains there.
why don't you just start your own Hosting company..i did..killed 2 birds with one stone.
