Seo, Funnies - Actually Sad Behavior

You know as an seo myself - I always see these guys/firms promising the customer all the best ranks for really low rates,

I actually had someone pm me the other day and after I gave them a fair price to seo site, they told me I was way to steep, and they has someone else that would do three sites for $100 bux,

Now - I always use "white hat" techniques, but others out there have no morals and really just don't care,

Bottom line when you hire an seo, becarefull

I have always been amazed at how even serious businesses would sometimes go with those so-called "hired" hands who charge *changes* for some supposedly professional jobs.

LOL, thank you for that link, gave me a good chuckle.

I dont think SEO is that hard - but it does take a lot of time and research and attention to detail. Just like anything else, if you want it done right you need to pay for it.

Yes , welcome Gt for the link,

I agree - there is no "secrets" in seo, anyone can do it, but like GT said it takes time and reseach, most people, dont want to do the actual work,

So what do they do - ~spam~

But the fact that google caught an seo firm, just made me lmao

I will be saving that blog posts for the next guy that tells me "well this guy said he can rank me for 50 bux"

i get phone calls every few weeks from people wanting to optimize some of my sites.

Pretty funny thing is one company seems to get clients, spam them with a ton of links, they do really well in google, then then entire network gets banned.

Clients lose out, the seo company changes it's name and starts over.

Definately be careful who you deal with.

yeah i ve seen it too. recently even BMW's German site was baned by Google coz of using separate sites for "spiders" and "visitors".
