(you don't have to tell me i'm crazy, i know that this is pretty much the most crowded niche I could get myself into). But anyways, I don't need too much targeted traffic to make a decent profit, but search engines and ppc are pretty much out for all major mortgage/refinance/loan terms. So does anyone have ideas on how to get some targeted traffic to this type of site? I do have a good sized budget for the site and am willing to spend some money if necessary. Any advice you can give me will be much appreciated.
