I used checkpagerane.net to assess my site and got the following info for link poularity.
Google Yahoo! AllTheWeb AltaVista MSN HotBot Total
6 191 281 293 207 6 984
The site also has a google pr4 which i dont suppose is bad with around 6 subpages of PR3.
However the site isnt figuring high with google on any keywords and doesnt get much traffic either. (only around 30 hits a day).
Does anybody have any hints or tips on how to push its popularity?

It is important to understand that the public PR of your site will have little to no impact on your SERPs. That being said, it is always good to have PR4,5 or 6 when asking for partnerships, which my advice to you would be.

Look around the net for similar sites, and write them asking if they'd like to exchange links with you. If they agree, get them to link you with "Online Offers", "Free Offers Online", "Make Money Online" or whatever keyphrase relates to your theme/site (try to mix it up, so you don't have 100 sites linking you with the same phrase/sentence as google will most likely see that as spam. But if you mix it up, google will think that a bunch of sites like yours and that it offers valuable information revolving your site topic)

You can also try and submit your site to various free directories around the net (just google it, there're loads out there)

Try and focus on just a few keywords/phrases for each page and make sure there is some repetition (but not too much... if it reads OK for a human then it's probably not too spammy) and build up the content

eg. on promote your website page, you've got the keywords in your url which is a good start but that actual phrase is only mentioned once on the page. Know what I mean?

A great tool is WebCEO, download that and test your pages with that. It laso has a submission service which is as good as any automated one that I've seen.
