From my limited experience, both TrafficSwarm and ExitExchange are the same and provide minimal traffic enhancement. You will see a definite increase in your stats, but nothing of quality that will keep someone on your pop under ad. I didn't/don't like pop under ads and with all the blockers now it doesn't help these ads much. My suggestion is to try it out for a week, the free version and see what you think....

You can try designing a very spefcific and attractive page simply for the advertising campagin to try and attract the visitors once they see your page displayed. Otherwise most traffic will simply be reflected as stats but not visitors.

The traffic is there, but think of it as using a popup network, where the visitors don't "Actually" want to see your site...... So if you find a way of 'making them want to' visit your site, you can do well !

I believe that it works well for webmaster and internet related sites. This is simply because most of the people who use it are webmasters, so they are the ones looking, and most will completely blow off most of the other sites.
