Webmaster Referral Affiliate Programs

Anyone know any good non adult affiliate programs that pay you for reffering webmasters to their program and do not require you to make sales for them to get paid for webmaster referrals? Mainly interested in pay per sale affiliate programs but also quality ppc programs that meet above criteria.

Do you mean a non-adult program that pays a flat fee for signing up webmasters regardless of wether they generate any money ??
I don't think you'll find many like that. I know of programs that will pay a percent to you of webmasters who sign up under you but that's about all I've seen. I think the safest incentive and ROI for the Affiliate program director to use to recruit new affilaites is to use a 2nd tier... paying for each affiliate recruited just brings in floods of new affiliates that likely won't perform.
We recently recruited around 50 affiliates for a new program and only about 4-5 of them make regular sales.

Hi. I'm looking for affiliate programs that offer a percentage of the recruited affiliates earnings. My main criteria is that I don't need to make sales myself in order to get the percentage of my referrals commissions.

I want to make a site that features some of the better affiliate programs (PPS and PPC - with great emphasis on PPS) out there.

SO you are just looking for 2nd tier programs basically??
There are hundreds upon hundreds out there.

Here's just 2 I personally use right now that are simple.

Slotland.com pays 3% of what your affiliates you refer make for life... I'm not even promoting them and I still earn money.

Domainsponsor.com - pays 10% of whatever your affiliates you refer make
