Q: What to do with domains that pay $1000+ RPM but not too much clicks?

I have parked all my names on sedo and have seem names which have RPM of 1000+. That means I will get at least $1 per click which is quite impressive comparing to most of my domains which pay in cents...

Unfortunately those domains don't have any traffic. Most of them have 1 or 2 clicks a week only... What can I do to increase the amount of natural traffic? I know the traffic isn't going to build up as long as I am parking the domain.

Any suggestion? Should I take the domain away from parking and try to build up the traffic before putting it back on parking again?

I have a domain like this my eye's jumped out when i saw one dollar for a click. The site has hardly any traffic and even less clicks. I'd love to build up the traffic and clicks somehow.
