Re: What is the fastest youve gotten a site to a 3,4,5, Page rank?

I've had a domain go to real PR5 within 1 update, however since it was a "new" domain it was sandboxed by Google; which is impossible to avoid if you just regged the domain not too long ago. In a few months when it gets out of the sandbox it will be a nice domain though.

You guys should remember that if you are buying links "too fast" you could be hurting your domain.. even if Google doesn't pick up on it within the first update, after an update or two they might and you could lose all that PR... just a thought. Natural link building works best and lasts longer.

I have had a site go to a PR5 in one update, and actually just a few weeks of uptime. It was based on real traffic, and the rank stayed for the next update too.

Have to disagree with you here Blarian, you can avoid the sandbox by simply having a few good incoming links so that googlebot can find you...don't submit the url...

One update to PR 5. All I can say is exchange/buy some targetted hard link exchanges and you will see results. Just my 2 cents...

my old site went from 0-5 after first update.

my current domain was already PR3 when i registered the name. that made me happy.

Re: What is the fastest youve gotten a site to a 3,4,5, Page rank?

Adsense Planet is updated everyday, but we still cant seem to get a page rank. We do have a few good backlinks, but nothing special. We also have a blog for the website, hopefully that will help.

    Homepage: www.adsenseplanet.com
    Blogspot: www.lukecrumpton.blogspot.com

    Any suggestions?

bahaha! Adsense Planet now has a page rank of 4! Awesome!

Everyone can go back and check again - seems like Google is doing PR updates right now.
