There are several other factors that need to be considered. Like how many links are there outbound, and how many are internal/external links, is it the homepage or an inner page, if an inner page, how far from the homepage or is this a run of site link ? Also, what is the theme of the website being linked from and that of the one being linked to. All these together help ascertain prices. Post more info for detailed pricing info.
