why are they always above me!!

on google.co.uk (uksearch) iam 2nd for the words sheds

but one company is always above me.
how do they do it!! (ok they probaly pay someone to optimize keywords and the like), whereas i dont do anything.

any tips?


BTW iam top on the same engine for "shed".
and 6th on google.com for sheds and 7th for shed

so Now the task is to get top on yahoo...
