Developing usually gives you higher income but you will have to do the SEO and traffic building yourself. A bonus is that you can actively send traffic to your sites, something that is not allowed at most parking services.

I was just curious as to which would make the most income..other than developing a full fledged site for each of my domain names...
To make things easier..say I had 100 domain names..all of different calibre..nothing great, but none are horribly bad either..
1. would I make more just using someone like parked or sedo
OR
2. I would have a better shot at doing this myself?
I was thinking of turning them into adsense sites and maybe for some I would either add affiliate links or they would be 100% affiliate sites..
Note: Also assume that all domains are fresh with no traffic.
Could I get pros and cons from boths sides?

All depend on traffic. If they have existing traffic and that is what you plan to work with, park them. If you need to increase traffic in order to make money, then you really have no choice but to develop them.
my thoughts exactly.
it is a nice luxury when sites have traffic as it helps. some are lucky enough just to park. either way it makes sense to develop traffic & non-traffic sites. as long as the domain is good, or brandbuilding!
personally speaking have had a few sites developed recently. next year is the plan to develop, develop, develop!
Happy new year!
