i ve got 135 dollars that i want to transfer from my epassporte, to my paypal or my bank account...
to make a withdrawal you need a us checking account or something like that..... and im from sweden.. so i cant withdraw...need someone to help me with that...

or use the online visa card for a purchase
Just use the Virtual Visa to pay your PayPal account, you'll only be out the Paypal fees that way.
If your having no luck you might be able to pay someone the extra 10 to do an exchange for you. Just make sure they are a reputable member.
