I need to figure out how to do something in Flash / Actionscript, and I will give 1000 DNF$ to anyone that can tell me how!

I need to create a scrolling, dynamic navigation menu.

I want to do something similar to that, but dynamically, so the URLs and the Link Texts are read from an array, and a button instance is created for each link.

I also only want to only show 10 at a time, with a scroll up and scroll down arrow to display the others.

If you can show me how to do this, I will send you 1000 DNF$!

Thanks Nick, but I am more interested in learning how to do this, rather than buying a "point-and-click" solution.

If anyone knows ActionScript please PM me, and I can explain where I'm getting stuck!
