Lets say I own domain.com ( I dont duh ). And I want it to make it so users can make theirname.domain.com or domain.com/theirname and forward it to their site automatically.
And I did NOT want to manually do this through cpanel

If you just want a redirection, enable wildcard subdomains, use mod_rewrite, make a landing page so it tells what domain, them redirect to their site.
I'm sure you can buy some scripts to suit what you want at www.hotscripts.com
It requires that you already have a domain before you can actually get the script but i think it's pretty good from what i can see from the demo
