    C Compiler setup on windows

    Can anyone help me plz:

Basically i want to start learning 'C' PRogramming, and i bought a book, it says download MinGW-1.1.tar.gz so i did that and then is says:

'The final step is to add the C:\MinGW\bin sub-directory of the MinGW installation to your system PATH. In Windows XP open the Enviroment Variables dialog, by clicking the system icon in the control panel, then select the Advanced tab and push the enviroment variables button. Find the Path variable then edit the end of its statment line to include the address C:\MinGW\bin'

I can find that, but it already says:

    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\Sy stem32\Wbem

where do i add the C:\MinGW\bin???? Thx
