sed 's/$/ London/' orig.txt > new.txt
in windows:
use ms word
edit->find->replace
find what: ^p
replace with: London^p
the ^ is above the 6. ^p means find paragraph marker (end of line)

Input txt doc
Abbey Wood
Acton
Addington
Addiscombe
Alperton
Output txt doc with the word London added to the end of each word
Abbey Wood London
Acton London
Addington London
Addiscombe London
Alperton London
Can this be done
any help would be great.
