I need linkbuilding service for my phpbb forum. It's weight-loss related
and currently PR3 and is indexed in google, yahoo and msn with some
decent #1 positions. But, I need much more traffic. With only 1200

You don't need to hire an expert you just need to take the time and contact 1-2 related sites per day and ask them to link back to your website... ask them to setup a link page on their site that will link back to your site... You will then link back to them from a related webpage from your site...
The more links you get back the higher your rank will be in search engines.
Just take the time and work on getting back links and you will be ok.
