    Re: co.uk domain lost on internet

    Something like this?

    Domain name:
    {DOMAIN NAME}

    Registrant:
    {NAME HERE}

    Trading as:
    {NAME HERE}

    Registrant type:
    UK Partnership

    Registrant's address:
    {ADDRESS}

    Registrant's agent:
    No agent listed.

    Relevant dates:
    Registered on: 16-Apr-1998
    Renewal date: 16-Apr-2006
    Last updated: 18-Jan-2006

    Registration status:
    Registered until renewal date.

    Name servers:
    No name servers listed.
    That is one of my old domains. Everything inside the {brackets} is my personal information.

    That happened when the Hosting/domain registration company cancelled my account (on my request). Presumably the domain is now in limbo.

    Can't seem to find a way to get it back. It may have something to do with "detagging" but I'm not 100% sure. It costs £15 to retag a .co.uk domain.

    http://www.nominet.org.uk/registrants/detagged/
    http://www.nominet.org.uk/tag/faqs/detagging/

    Hope that helps you.

    PM me the domain and I may be able to help you further, it does not cost anything to change the IPS TAG (Well it doesn't cost your agent anything).

    And if you contact Nominet directly they should be able to release the domain from the current agent to a IPS TAG of your choice.
