Content developer and site manager needed - premier domains

I have a few domain names that I believe would make more money developed, as opposed to simply parked. They get several hundred to thousands of type-ins per day, and are in the chat and humor spaces, primarily.

I am seeking a qualified site developer to oversee the development of these sites, and placement of ads. Given the large amount of type-in traffic, promotion would be a secondary consideration, and with good content they should do several thousand uniques per day organically without much promotion or SE listnigs, etc.

This is a comission-pay position, but given these domains earn thousands per month parked, comissions should be fairly significant day one, with a lot of upside potential.
