Desperate need of decent design work

I've been trying to get a website sorted out for superfreebies.com for a very long time.

All the websites I go to to hire a designer tell me they are the bee's knee's when it comes to graphics but they just can't create superman themed logo's

Looking for a good HTML/CSS and Graphic designer (Including animated .GIF's)

We have about 15 domains looking to get designed so if a good job is done there could be alot of work available to you.
