Development & Revenue Partner Wanted [Developer(s) Wanted]

We’re looking for development & revenue partners for some domains that we own. Since 1999, we have amassed quite a collection of domains. We do not have the resources to develop them all ourselves, nor do we want to. We are looking for talented developers to develop our domains and split the revenue 50/50. I have seen others looking for the same thing, post on this and others forums. So you may ask, why would I want to partner with you instead of the others? I would say that there are 4 things that set us apart.

Number 1: We will stay out of your way. This will be a partnership, so we want to earn the most money available and we are under the impression that you are a professional and want to do the same. Once we have decided to be partners, we will give you control over the development of the domain. We are not going to be breathing down your neck or e-mailing you 3 times a day wanting you to make minor changes to the website. You can have free reign to create and develop a website that you think will make the most money and you won’t have to explain every decision to make to us. I have seen many developers complaining about this very subject after they have entered into partnerships.

Number 2: We have what we consider some very good domains. There are a lot of domainers out there who want to partner with you, so you can develop their crappy domains. They have domains that aren’t worth anything to begin with and want you to develop them and give them value. Why would you do this when you can spend $7 and get a better domain to begin with and keep all the profits to yourself? We can offer domains that we have had offers in the $X,XXX & $XX,XXX range in the past.

Number 3: If you develop a template that needs constant new content, including original content, we can do that for you (or for us). The key to earning money is keeping fresh, new, updated, content on your website. This is the single most time consuming thing involved in developing a website and keeping viewers coming back. We can take this off your hands, so you can worry about designing. If you want to handle the content, then you are more than welcome to handle it. It’s your call.

Number 4: We will let split the revenue with your for 12 months. A lot of others will only enter into a 6 month agreement with you. By the time you spend 1 to 2 months developing the template, then you only get to reap the benefits of all your hard work for 4-5 months. It can take a few months for a website to gain traffic and start making good money. We will give you the use of great domain(s) for a full year.


We will require the following things from you, before we enter into a partnership:

1: We require examples of your past work. If you don’t have any, be truthful upfront and tell us so. This doesn’t mean we won’t partner with you, but let us know from the beginning. If you’re a newbie, then don’t claim to be an experienced professional. If you have a good development idea and the know-how, we will give you a chance.

2: We’re looking for someone to develop the domains, not just park them. If we just wanted to park them, we would do that ourselves. If you think you can best monetize the domain by setting it up with an affiliate program, then let us know. If you can make an affiliate program work, that would be fine with us.

3: Our partnership and revenue sharing arrangement will be open-book and totally transparent.
