We have collected about 1900 nice domains in last 6 years in all kind of “lucrative categories” such as: casino/poker (~350), dating(~450), loans/debt(~100), credit (~30), insurance (~30), drugs/pharmacy (~40), adult (~70), domain-biz (~75), Hosting (~20), e-mail (~35), web-design/SEO (~15), invest/finance (~30) and many more nice categories.

We have parked all the domains few months and make about about (2 cents/day/domain) on 'average'. That means some domains make good money and some don't.

We are looking for an individual/company (with proven track record) who can manage/promote our domains (with legal methods only) and we can share the 'increased revenue' with them?

We are looking for someone who has in-depth experience to increase the traffic to domains via legally accepted methods of promotion such as: search engine optimization, meta tags, link popularity enhancement, managing/promoting domains using methods provided by ppc sites or affiliate programs.

Right person can make real good money doing this. Basically you can earn as much as you can....no limits

We will offer this:

1. No revenue share for 2 cent earnings per domain as we are already earning about that much.

2. You get 40% revenue share of the "increased revenue" that is over 2 cents.


Example of Revenue Share:

Current/base revenue "average" per domain = 2 cents

Number of domains = ~1900

You have optimized/promoted domains using legally accepted methods such as seo/links/optimization etc.

Lets say, the 'NEW REVENUE" average = 25 cents per day per domain

So the "Increase in Revenue" = 25 - 2 = 23 cents per domain

So the "Daily Increase" in " Total Revenue:

= 23 cents x 1900 domains
= 437 dollars

So your share = 40% of 437 dollars = ~ 175 dollars per day = $5300/month = ~$64,000 per year

Again, we will give you 40% of total increase and there is no limits or complicated math. You can make as much as you can. We are also open to any other revenue sharing suggestions.

Not bashing your thread, but would like to view your reasoning regarding the offer.

Why would anyone accept to get 20% or even 40% share of any positive revenue if he could do the same with his own names, keeping the profit 100% for himself?

Domain names MATTER! While I can turn e.g. options.com into a profit center doesn't necessarily make me a wizard who can also make snoitpo.com get even 10% of that.

What we are talking here is site marketing and not natural type-ins.
Actually, if we narrow this to a major search engine, domain name matters in the same way as a directory or subdomain.

Since when did domain names not matter? They ALWAYS matter, be it type-in's or not. That's why we have domain names and not sheer IPs! Some so-called "search engine optimizers" don't even understand that end-users CHOOSE to click on a URL and NOT just because they are listed as #1 at Google.

Yes the words in the url matter big time. SEO and SE rankings are way over-valued by most. If you have domains which are keyword targeted names (even low traffic names) you really don't need to be too concerned about marketing. Often the domainers who worry most about Search Engines and Promotions are those who do not have too many keyword type-ins.

P.S. It appears Rick may have some good names as he is making some fairly good money on his parked names as he said this: "....income is going up every month so far without doing any thing "at all". Some domains consistently make hundred or more per month. Daily revenue has gone as high as $75...of course it varies."

First of all, no I don't mind anyone bashing this thread at all.

You have your opinion and so do I and so do other members. I guess out of all the opinions something good always come out.

But I would like to explain the 'reasoning' behind my offer.

Here is why I made this offer to some domain parking/monetizing professionals:

1. I am extremely busy person and have absolutely no time to concentrate on building and enhancing traffic (and hence income) for my portfolio of domains. I have a day job as Senior Engineer (non IT related) and I am leading the launch of our dating network of more than 100 sites called www.MatchPedia.com for quite sometime now. These 2 things combined keep me busy for almost 15 hours a day.

2. I am not knowledgeable (i.e. about how-to-do) about any kind of traffic techniques such: link popularity, seo, parking revenue enhancement techniques, etc. I know this knowledge is very vital to achieving good consistent results and I do not have this know how. So I leave it to the experts instead of trying to do everything myself that I really don't know about.

3. I have seen people with so so domains earning good daily/monthly income from those domains. I believe they know what to do when it comes to ppc revenue earning. I want to find one of these experts as my potential partner in sharing the 'increased income' if I could find one.

4. When I look at the quality of my domains I won't brag but its certainly above average. Almost all of our domains are: descriptive, easy to remember, easy to spell, and include the keyword of the business they belong to in the domain name. So with some work/tweaking the traffic/income can sure go up nicely.

5. We have about 1700 domains in very lucrative categories (e.g. casino, loans, credit, dating, etc) as explained in my original post. Out of these 1700, 120 dating domains are already in use for our dating network and rest were just parked at Fabulous.com few months back. As I said in the original post revenue is going up every month. Not all 'Domain Pros' have 100s of names to take care of, but if someone knows what to do to increase the parking income and has extra time at hand to do it.....then of course we will like to partner with that person/company for our mutual benefit.

6. This opportunity will also best suit ppc Professionals in countries like India, where 1 USD is equal to almost 50 Indian Rupees. A person there can earn 'huge' income (i.e. many many times more) by partnering with us than he/she would earn with an otherwise decent job.

I hope this explains my reasoning behind this offer. I think it was a well thought out offer fair to both us and the party accepting this offer. We have received quite a few PMs so far and still waiting for few more before we make any decision. I am confident that we will soon find a right person/company which can achieve good results for us & them.

We are still evaluating the offers we received to manage our domains. But most people suggested that the 20% revenue share was too low, so we have just modified the original post to reflect the increased revenue share to to 40% as suggested by many.

We are open to other suggestions also.
