Help with Arabic language

I just got in a drop the domain FamilyHouse.net

It has a few links, almost all of them are from arabic sites.

I would really appreciate a little help from anyone speaking arabic
just to know what kind of site used to be familyhouse.net.

Don't speak Arabic but the "Copyright" link at the bottom leads to

It looks like it get a littel traficc (like 40 visitors in a few hours) so I am tryiing to understand how to use it.

It appears to be offering training in various avenues to provide good trade openings in Kuwait and the surrounding area. I think some of the link pages are also offering a sort of trade advertising forum but it is difficult to tell precisely.
Certainly a portal site would work but traffic is seemingly targeting Arabic speakers so maybe limits it a bit if you don't speak Arabic!

Meanwhile I am redirecting it to domainsponsor and stats says that 7 out of 39 visitors are from US and it generated 45 cents revenues in 5-6 hours, .... I will probably just keep the redicetion as it is

well its old but the site is about family care and many links about health care, law , medical consultations and small directory with links that doesnt work as its so old
