I saw many domains administrative contacts were blocked, like all domains registered at GoDaddy, if i want to buy a domain, how to get this contact info.? Thanks in advance!

i never saw a name w/just the admin contact blocked as i remember, especially not if it's a GD name, could it be the registrant added privacy ? but then you wouldn't see any contact info, at least not in most cases, in fact the admin contact is the most important one for transfers, etc so contact the registrar and ask them why i appears blocked (try another WHOIS also)
