I have an existing logo which needs to be redesigned.
The logo consists of a national flag, which I'd like to replace with a different flag. I know which flag I want, and the style remains the same; I'm looking for a designer to draw my idea.

I will need both a black and white as well as a color version. 2-3 revisions should work.
I will need each version transparent and also with a background color. I will need all 4 versions in vector graphics files, print resolution pixel graphics files and web resolution jpg or gif files.
(4 different versions * 3 formats = 12 files).
