Looking for webmaster part-time design work

Due to our workload, I'm needing to bring in one adult web designer on a part time basis, with possibility of full time. Will be paid per job.

MUST KNOW & HAVE PROOF OF EXPERIENCE IN:
*Adult website design
*html/css
*Wordpress (this is a must)
*Banner creation/Logo creation
*uploading sites to various Hosting packages
*MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH...
*Must have phone and be able to be contacted

Additional consideration Taken to those who are familiar with:
*Php design
*Flash Design
*SEO experience
