I am looking to buy some quality, targeted traffic from a fair source. I am interested in ideally, 100% human traffic that would reflect a high TQ score(above 6) in the following categories.

Google news is where the real traffic is on any niche. I'm working on a few projects myself.

Try above.com - they've just launched a new ad company that will provide domain traffic.

And at last count they had 1.2 million domains hosted on their optimization engine.
