Hello,
I have paypal account with my friend and as you know paypal doesn't support pakistan, My hard-earned moeny is lying around in my friend paypal account! I want to withdraw it but can't with finally so someone told me to ask someone on here to accept the paypal funds and send you the money via wire transfer!
Anyone can help me up on that?

No offense but this sounds ALOT like the Nigerian Scam.
I would take a serious look before doing such a thing.
Seriously, no offense intended but if this is on the up-and-up, you may want to present it a different way.
Do a Google Search on "Nigerian Scam" if you've never heard of it... there's only like 2.8 MILLION hits on it. They have scammed more than FIVE BILLION DOLLARS according to some sources and people have even been KILLED trying to get their money back.
Be careful when doing business with people you don't know in this manner.

paypal is not sent cheque to Pakistan ? they can not T/T to China, but they can send cheque here~

international wire is expensive method... sometimes can go up to $40 for some banks

Muhammad! It seems you are in distress. Does your lazy friend know that this is your hard earned money? And you still call him your friend! I understand you need help, but friends don't do this to friends.
Wiring funds is one of the simplest banking procedures anyone can do.
(( Beware disclosing bank info for wire purposes to strangers. ))
if you friend do wire transfer then that is the best way!
