There is the free mass development software. Did you see it?

Thanks for all of your replies. Only offering the list of names to those who I may be interested in having develop my sites. I may already have a deal. I sent the list to someone, but I will post here in 24 hours if I am still looking. If you are interested in a trade, please send me a PM with links to two or three sites you have done. If I am interested, I will send you a list of domain names. The list contains 200 nice names. I want to keep them off the site here as are not for sale.
So give me 24 hours to see if this will work out or if I am still looking.
