Need a Programmer/Developer for a small Search Project

I would like to have a small search system developed.

The basics. A typical domain type search box(s). Ability to select extensions, length etc. The database that will be searched, needs to be removable and very simple to input, so I can just put in a list of domains and do the search that I would like, using the searchbox etc and then display a list of fitting domains after the search.

The way I see it. On a website, The searchbox, an open window to input a list of domains and an area to display search results after you perform the search.

I guess as long as it works, I don't really care. It has to be easy to use, fairly priced and match the search box(s) that I would like.
