we are looking for a custom script like mobile9.com+gsmarena.com
the script must contain:mobile reviews(news,features,users ratings ..)ringtones,programs,search brands, themes,forum,photo-video blog(users can send their photos or videos taken with their phones to the site privately or publicly)
an integrated japanese translator is a precious advantage for example if you write a review about a particular brand or cellphone you could also have it in japanese or any suggestion by the programmer which we could have the website both in english and japanese
so a japanese programmer is prefered but not mandatory
