need simple site built. quotes ?

Here's what I need.

domain name is;

ewebcoupons.com

1.Need a logo on top.
2. front page is 3 columns.
1st and 3rd are blank (google ads and affiliate links to be added later)
Middle column I need a simple drop down menu at the top
a. box the width of the column that says "Find Your Store"
b. when user clicks on the box, a long list of stores drops down.
c. user is able to scroll down the list and select a store.

To be added later will be a page for each store with e-coupons that I will populate.

Ititially, probably, but It's going to grow into css, javascript, etc....Logo is the main thing at the moment.
Something catchy, relevant and eye-pleasing................

I'll give 2,000 DNF bucks to whoever can do the simple 1 pager XHTML strict menu for me. Just put 10 items in it, I'll populate it with more later.

The page should be vertically divided into 3 sections with room at the top for a logo. The center is where the box goes. When you click on "Select Your Store", the menu should drop down and user can scroll to their selection. No need for anything else. Just need this to start me out as I go along...........tks
