It's installed and viewable in the users cpanel, but one of my clients needs it installed so it's viewable by the public. I need this done asap and dont have time to do it myself.

You need a shell access and you can do it yourself .
This will create symlink to the webalizer pages and once done yourdomain.com/stat/ will show the webalizer .Code:ln -s /home/username/tmp/webalizer /home/username/public_html/stat
If you dont have a shell access, put that same command through a temporary cron job from cpanel, set up to run once then delete it.
