I want to offer partnership on my domain

I bought this domain about a year ago:

beacuase it had an unuasuall number of backlinks and a good easy to remember name.
The reason it had so many backlinks ( more than 25,000in yahho ) is it was an image Hosting site and people used to load pictures amd post links on the net.

what I am offering is the use of this domain, looking for someone to develope or build on it
for 50% of profit in any way or idea we would find fit ,
