I am not sure if it is good idea to say the plan of getting loan/investment/parters / here to buy China Lands/real estate
NOT office buildings,apartments/Condo/Masion,
just naked lands that will be auctioned by local China governments.
I have good relations with government/real estate businessmen/
and Real EState is the most profitable/stable/safe investment in the world,especially in China.
I am becoming aware of this opportunity because a USA Real Estate Agent wanted to partner with me,but I do not like partner with an agent,want to partner with the rich guys/high net worth investors...
I do not playing this for fun /or making fast money.
but help you and find a partner to do a great investment is cool,isn't it?
the plan of buying naked lands/auctioned lands/real estate ROI is usually 100%-200% /per year.
but usually need a 500K -2 million investment.(do not accept investment higher than 2 million,it is too lot and I might not deal with such a big business)

1000 or so idn.cn for sale,including media,home loan,diamond ring,bread,shell,scissors,online dating,etc,all are business domains,
