    Question: Auction starting price.

    Hello,
I am not familiar with the auction system here. I am trying to add a new listing to the auction system. However, when I insert the starting price as let me say 30 $, the auction opening price is always 0,06 $. What shall I do to start my auction with an opening price higher then 0,06 $? Is starting price not equal to opening price? So, what is a difference?
    Thanks in advance, hookah

    Re: Question: Auction starting price.

Just did a test listing and it worked okay for me - I entered a $25 start and a reserve of $30 and the listing shows correct. If you can't duplicate this then submit a support ticket for investigation - please be aware though that there is a support ticket issue which may appear to delay a response.

[Edit - in fact although it listed okay the $25 start was raised to $27]

Thanks for your help. Now i am able to start with a higher price then 0,06 $ but still dont understand the specificity of this auction system: my start price is 30$ and reserve is some xx$ higher. Anyway it shows that bidder has an opening price of 56 $. But I'll leave my listing as it is.
    Thanks again, hookah

Looks like it's something else that's broke - I'll ask for it to be investigated.
