And if you are with a company, why are you looking for a job? When you say "we" are you bipolar or are you looking to get fired by advertising for a company and begging for a job in the same posting.

Further, any company who promotes SEO but repeats keywords on their own site and attempts to saturate their own link on their own site should not only never be hired, but will probably find their own site dumped into the bottom of SE results.
