I need help setting up a new server. I have the server, just don't know how to set it up. It's all greek to me. Will pay with DNF$ or paypal or free Hosting.

Do you mean actually configuring the "box" (and not just creating or registering nameservers at the registry via a registrar)? Of course, we do have some very nice members around and some of whom may even do it for free/fun. Please elaborate. Thanks.

Yes, He bought a server from a webhost. I am trying to set it up now. Hes offline and I need some name servers and some other information.

a php coder (but not very good) but i am a perfect script installer i made it on every script lol
