Small problem with Name.com

Hi all,

I'm trying to transfer a couple of domains at my new Name.com account but, after several days, they sent us no confirmation email.
We contacted multiple times their support service at support@name.com with no reply from their part.

We've some problems with spoken English so we can't call directly: is there any other way to contact them, I mean an alternative email address ?
