Looking for web-designer quality PHP, HTML, possibly - CSS, javascript programmer.

The project entails creating a web-site using API.

It will also need a back-end to get stats from my clients.

All of these functions are provided through the API.

The site should be multi-lingual.

I would prefer getting an NDA no disclosure agreement before providing more details if necessary.
