Job Description:
Hi,
I am looking for a web development company to design a revolutionary large-scale social networking site that I'm planning out. This should be a business with at least several very talented employees as it is too large of a task for one coder. The ideal company should be able to do the following:
-Complete design/look and feel of the site
-Development and coding of the website
-Integration of web application (will explain)
-Upkeep/Maintenance
Basically, I'm looking for a company who can do everything from design to coding in-house, and they must be good enough to develop something very unique and innovative.
The ideal company will be hard working, creative, and driven to be the best and develop revolutionary websites.

What we will be doing is giving the company equity in the website and revenue in return for the design and upkeep. I know these may be difficult terms, but the site shows great potential and a good chance of success. The idea is in the early stages, and I'm just looking a development company to come onboard before pursuing it further.
