Website Creation Needed - Pick and Choose - Many Opportunities

The following are all domain names that I want to have made into websites. If you are interested in creating a website(s) for me pick a name(s) and tell me what you will do. I am not looking to hire just one designer/coder/company but many! I want to see different styles of work and ideas.

Some domains may have a starter website on it now or have a script ready but needing install/tweaking - those are noted beside the domain name

I will need to see provable examples of your work.

Some absolute requirements:
MUST be original. Not looking for auto-sites or websites full of scraped articles.
If you are going to build around a CMS I prefer wordpress or zikula. Open to others but would rather not.
I get full rights to the entire website/script/work where applicable.
Payment upon completion of work unless it is a very large website. Payment via paypal or EFT for Canadians.
