Whats wrong with the BANK ??

Since 2 weeks I havent been able to withdraw DNF$s from the bank, and today my bank account is down to zero, even if i never used my DNF$ ......
I had only 1,335 DNF$ there but.....
Any suggestion ?

I did Feb. 18th when was impossible to withdraw.

Replied to that email yesterday notifiyng the savings prob too, still no answers.

Hi,

Did you guys try depositing or withdrawing from the bank? Or have you checked the bank recently and your current amount is 0$.

One thing to try which just worked for me is, when you access your bank page which displays your bank amount, 'refresh the page'. That seemed to work for me as it was originally showing the same value even though i just deposited money there.

The refresh seems to do the trick.

Please let me know your findings.

To be able to help, I need more details regarding the situation.

When did it appear that you had 0 DNF$?
Did it show you had them at some point after we changed the store over?
Were you trying to depost or withdraw DNF$, and then the issue occured?

Did it show you had them at some point after we changed the store over? They were there after the upgrade but not since the store had graphics

that happened yesterday only . no i wasn't trying to deposit or withdraw ..i just checked my bank it was ok then after one hour i checked again it is dropped to zero .

i tried now to deposit 10 F$ and the bank savings rised to 10 F$ only

i was having more than 8,000 there

but the cash in hand i think is fine and not corrupted

hope you can fix it soon
