I want to hire someone that makes adult websites. Need something exactly like Redtube.com and Youporn.com

If you're looking for a custom solution, take your $150 and multiply it by 10, and use that as the minimum. There is no way in hell any developer worth his salt will take on that job for $150, lest he uses a out-of-the-box script.

The problem with templates and scripts is that, while they can make money, they generally don't. In addition, they leave a footprint that Google can find and, should a search result analyst feel vindictive, that footprint can be used to wipe out an entire network of web sites with just a few clicks.
Let me know if you find someone at $150 but not into porn.
You might need this $10 script, it does make your budget not that ridiculous.
