    Sounds like a slightly below market price sale but considering the bulk number of names its a good deal for both buyer and seller IMO. Congrats to both!

    Haters ? No one is a hater, they, myself included would have felt more would be better or by taking your time and piecing it out there was $100k more there. Not knocking his sale and not knocking the guy. Just throwing in my opinion. Which btw is made up of years of experience and market knowledge.
