Adding IP to Enom Reseller Acct??

I have a test reseller account set up with ENOM and added my IP address no problem. How would you add your IP address to your regular reseller account?? I cannot find that option anywhere? Is this done by Enom's tech support?? Any help by the domain pros is MUCH appreciated.

Yes, you have to call in or email them to setup your ip

Thanks Marty, does that even apply to a sub-reseller acct? Do I go thru Enom or my account owner to add the IP?

email enom support directly.It might take a few days to get your IP added. I think they also need the domain name and/or your enom account handle to.

Does anyone have a backdoor phone number to enom tech support? I am trying the phone number listed on their site and all i get is voice mail? I would like to get a live human being??
