Yes! Geo domains are the easiest to flip for 10x to 15x in just a few weeks.
Geodomains are awesome.
I am planning a business strategy for developing Geo websites with some Geodomains I have. I am very excited to see how it goes.

I was thinking of developing some major US City dotcoms with dashes. Many of the names have 200,000+ Google monthly searches. Also many International city domains in all extensions.
I have been testing some site builders and cms. So far I have tried Wordpress but haven't been impressed with it. Still looking for the best way to develop these names that can be easily duplicated. Also trying to provide good content and features to make some quality sites.
Just started developing one of my US GEO domains, El Dorado County California
I have been using a very good web based site builder, for a monthly fee. It has been very easy to use with lots of customizable layouts.
The site builder I am using has a low monthly fee per site and includes Hosting.
My problem with geo development (I have many Louisiana names) is that there is so little advertising less than statewide (except New Orleans...) so the click rate is a whole lot less than I'd like it to be. Nothing but friggin' real estate agents and attorneys. :(
BackAlley.com Backhole.com BlackAfricans.com BrownWomen.com Breathers.com & More!
If you have to explain what your domain name means, give up, it's a crappy name!
I love geo-domains and interestingly have a different experience from that of Bellc1 above. We found that advertiser competition is tougher as venues are more limited with the resulting higher cpc. On a number of sites the advertisers practically are next to each other physically and compete fiercely for business. Of course we focus on travel destinations and even have a domain site dedicated to it:traveldn.com (not fully populated yet, so if you are

looking for something in particular drop a note via contact form.)
