Your bank should have notice of it, but not necessarily have it in cleared funds, within 4 working days. If not, make a complaint.
4 business days! I've received wires from the states before and they were instant/same banking day.

Nope, but deposits show up on my bank's site within a few minutes, it may show "pending" as the funds clear, though.
Your bank's website might have some information, but I don't think you'll get a definite answer here.
